That’s why we partnered with the Charles Koch Foundation to support two projects with the mikeroweWORKS Foundation – the Work Ethic Scholarship Program and the Unpacking the S.W.E.A.T. Pledge video project. In addition to providing financial support for students pursuing a career in the trades, the video project brings to life the 12 elements of Mike Rowe’s S.W.E.A.T. Pledge to help anyone willing to work hard better understand the elements and take the Pledge themselves. The pledge, signed by recipients of the scholarship and available to anyone, was created from Mike's personal experience working with entrepreneurs and hardworking people across the country. Learn about the pledge here.

Check out the first four videos of the S.W.E.A.T Pledge series, featuring Mike Rowe, and check back for more updates and stories from scholarship recipients.
