Some are students. Some are artists. Some are business owners.
All are entrepreneurs.
UNCF/Koch Scholars come from across the country, from communities large and small, with big goals and even greater dreams. Though their interests are varied, their vision for a better life—for themselves, their families and their communities—is singular. Driven by their passions, these scholars have created a network for continued success and learning that reaches far beyond the classroom.
Since its inception in 2014, the UNCF/Koch Scholarship Program has enabled hundreds of students from across the country to envision a better world, developing their own solutions for today’s problems and tomorrow’s opportunities.
UNCF President Michael Lomax describes the scholarship as “more than just a financial transaction.” “It is a transformational experience, which each student owns,” Lomax says. “They are the entrepreneurs of their own lives.”
