How Koch’s culture attracts—and keeps—top talent

From the outside, Koch Industries’ Wichita headquarters might look like just another office building; from the inside, it’s growing, transforming, and adapting to how employees work best and create value for the company and society. 

"We're just really trying to embrace that 'get up, get around, move and work in areas and ways that best meet your unique needs,'" Laura Hands, Koch community affairs director, told The Chung Report in a new article.

Workspaces are open and modern, reflecting Koch’s Market-Based Management culture that enables individuals to take initiative and contribute across teams wherever their skills represent a comparative advantage.

"As long as the opportunity exists and you're creating value, the opportunities are there for you to move," said Danielle Harmon, Koch college relations manager.
